The landlord may ask you to fill out this form in advance if your group is on the shortlist to speed up the process. Filling out this form does not guarantee a rental lease. As mentioned priority is given to the group with longer terms. When more than one group is interested in the same type of lease terms, priority is based on the time the first contact was made. If the top group did not make it through the reference and credit check, the second group on the shortlist moves up and their reference and credit check won’t be initiated until then, and so on and so far.
Each group member should submit one separate form. Only fill out this application form if you intend to sign the lease when no concerns are raised during reference and credit checks. Your information will not be shared with any third party except for reference and credit checks.
